How do I know my order is confirmed and shipped?

Once you have placed an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with invoice. All orders are generally processed within 3-4 working days, but at times, due to products being handmade it might take a little longer.

Are these available on other shopping website?

All products on Decorshala are exclusive and are only available on our official website www.decorshala.com.

Can I cancel or return my order if I don’t like?

Yes, definitely you can cancel you order till the time it has not been shipped to you. You can check the status of your order by logging in to your Decorshala account.

In case it is already shipped and you didn’t like the product post receiving, do not worry we have got your back, you can easily return your product with Decorshala’s No Question Return Policy.
